How are the cakes packaged for shipping?
Each individual cake is secured in a custom-fit, food-grade container and shipped in temperature-controlled packaging with dry ice or gel packs to ensure it arrives fresh and intact.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific date?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar to ensure your treats arrive exactly when you need them for your special event.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We certainly do! We have a dedicated selection of both gluten-free and vegan individual cakes crafted with the same premium ingredients as our signature line.
How long will my cakes stay fresh?
Our cakes stay fresh for up to 5 days in the refrigerator or can be frozen for up to 3 months. We recommend bringing them to room temperature for 30 minutes before serving for the best flavor.
What is your return policy for perishable items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours for a full refund or replacement.
Are your cakes nut-free?
While we offer cakes that do not contain nuts as an ingredient, all of our products are prepared in a facility that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% nut-free environment.
